Hi Soca people

My Name is Stephen Johnson and I host Wales' only soca and calypso radio show. Called The Lime, the show goes out every Sunday between 11am and midday on Radio Cardiff 98.7FM and on the net at WWW.radiocardiff.org

Now both the show and I have been nominated for an award

I've been nominated in The Best Male Presenter category

And the show has been nominated in the Best World Music Show category

I would love to win both and show everyone just how strong the soca community is.

I'm away from the studio this weekend, partying down on the South Coast in Brighton. I pre recorded this Sunday's show (October 25) and it's an hour-long Vincy special to mark Independence Day.
I was down in the studio at 6am to get the show done before I went to work. A long day, but worth it to keep those soca vibes hotting up the air waves of Cardiff.
If you only use one vote, vote for the show. The music is the most important thing.
