I'm not sure about the name of the song but I know the singer's name is Keann Walters, a Bajan soca artiste. It's not on youtube, sadly. Few people have the song but you have a greater chance of getting it from DJ's.

The song goes she shake she big butt heavy balampalampam, if you see she balampalampam. The name of the song is Balampalampam by Keann Walters. It's on the album D'soca Zone 3rd Wave, released November 19th, 2002. I saw it on www.we7.com here's the link :
