Are you referring to Ricky T's Pressure Boom featuring Mr Vegas? My pressure bad, bad bad, my pressure bad bad bad... etc.
It certainly has these lyrics and was released for St Lucia carnival, 2007. Would be interesting to know whether there's another soca song with these lyrics, but I'm not sure I've heard any such song.
