Soca song that sounds like a marching band?

I've been googling for ages and I'm dying to find two songs, mainly one that sounds like a marching band (its got whistles and left right left right commands)
I think the lyrics go something like "look at that soldier marching" and "salute, salute" "up 2, 3, 4" at the chorus, and something like "move your waistline" with lots of instrumental. Any ideas?

The other i can only remember something like "bounce and twist" and "only you can make it better in".
