Soca Goes Downhill

I'm disappointed. Year after year, soca continues to go downhill. A lot of the new soca releases sound TOO electronic. The songs sound like techno music!! Dis is sh*t!!! I didn't come here to hear techno music, WTF.

I think they have removed the "feeling" in soca. It's all about making a quick buck nowadays. Artistes are not staying true to themselves.

I agree the heart and soul is no longer in Soca. It is slowly dying out and becoming something else.
