Shugga Biography

Singer and Songwriter SHUGGA a.k.a Roxanne Williams was born in Toronto, Canada with both parents reigning from Manchester, Jamaica.

Shugga was introduced to the Grenadian culture and soca music through family and friends that encouraged her to pursue a potential career in the industry. While taking the advice of family and friends she began her journey, wrote and recorded her first groovy track "Tick Tock" that is heating up the airwaves hard as storm.

Producer Radford Ettienne has been working with Shugga since 2008 when she got started. Shugga released several tracks for 2009 such as "Celebrate" a power track for Grenada's Carnival season, followed by "Rain Or Shine" and a hot groovy track "Push back meh bumpa" which was produced by Combination Studio.
