Please help me find out what this song is called/ who sings it

Hey,
I heard a song only once when i was a little girl and it goes:
"do you want to party wit me, baby.... do you want to jam it with me, baby"
I don't know if these lines are from the same song or a different one, but the chorus repeats the word "wine wine wine wine" over and over. The singer is a man, but the backing is done by female voices i think.
I really loved this song when i was little! I first heard it in late 1980's- early 1990's and have no idea whether it was new or old at the time.
Please help me find it!
