Please Help - Form A Line - St Lucia

I was on honeymoon in St Lucia in May 1993. There was a calypso tune constantly played which was brilliant. I was hoping someone could help me out identifying the track/artist. I think it was called "Form a Line", it had the lyrics similar to "form a line all you people, form a line now, form a line against apartheid, form a line....". It ws a fantastic tune which hold good memories of a great time in St Lucia.
