Old Calypso, Need to know Name Song/Artist?

Hello,

When I was young I heard this song regarding the different character of carnival, and I have been looking for it ...

Lyrics go something like this..( I can only remember the first part of each verse)

Since ah small i want to play drunken sailor, roll on the ground all over town...

since ah small i want to play jambalasee,-------- , tail on bumsie...

then it went on to sing about politician and police and thief...

I didn't hear it during Carnival, It was a cassette we had at home, and no one seems to remember who was the artist.

This is the name of the calypso--- "Since ah small". The name of it's composer is "Trinidad Bill". It was made some time around the early 1980s
The lyrics of the first verse went something like this.
Since ah small ah always want to play
Drunken sailor
Getting run down, all over Town
Repeat
CHORUS
Rolling on the ground, get up, fall back down
Rolling on the ground all over town
Tumbling alone all the way home
High like a kite and stoned.
