need a soca song title and artist name

we spent a week in St Lucia in Early September of 2008, we kept hearing a song and all I can remember from it is a lot of variations of the following:

rah ruhrahrah oooooooooooooooo

a woman would ask questions and the man would respond with an oooooo or a rahrah ooooooo or ruhrah oooooooo. any help would be great. thanks!
