Kadooment Day 1993 (Crop Over)

Hello,

when I was at Barbados in 1993 while Kadooment Day, there are two special songs I looking for.

I Think first one was "One step forward and to steps backward" an teh second one was "Dinge ding dong",
but I don't know if this are the right titles.
Can you help for for the right titles and artist are can you tell me where I can get these songs.
I had a tape from this time, but today its broken.

That's wwhat I'm looking for.

I'm lucky to find the CD Happiness from
Mac Fingal (Red Plastic Bag) at Amazon,
but there is no way to find the song "Breakdown"
from "Serenader".

Do you know, if there is anyway an MP3-File
of this song?
