Indie song or Industrial song of the 80's - Color of Your Skin?

I don't know the name of this beautiful song. All I remember is that it was a slow tempo and the only words I can remember was one guys voice softly repeating the words; "Color of Your Skin" over and over every 5 seconds or so. I would love to know which band played this beautiful song. I think it's called; "The Color of Your Skin" perhaps?
