flowing jam

Years ago I use to stand outside of a dockside restaurant where 3 guys played. I remembered, it was a 2-by-nothing platform, just enough for 3 guys to stand and play their music. I use to stand about 10 feet or so away from them, swaying and dancing to their music. That was about the first time I ever listened to this type of music. Well, since then--I fell in love with it SO Much - that I followed all Carribean Bands in the area.
One of them, even taught a young Kevin Lyttle how to play, as I was just told recently.

This music, if you dance or just sway your body - it keeps you limber - you just flow with the music.
