Does anyone know who sang this soca tune? Man a badman...

It's an older soca around '97-'99 (I think). I know he was not a Trini, I'm thinking Jamaican or Vincentian, again I'm not sure. So anyway the lyrics go something like this:

Man a badman but we nah buss no gun
To unite music is our weapon
So grab your partner and wine and go down
Wine and go down
Wine and go down

I think the name of the song is Wine and go down. I'd appreciate some help please and thanks.
