Carnival Oversight (St Lucia)

Most active consideration ought to be given to the establishment of a national carnival management/oversight institution, as an agency of the Cultural Development Foundation (CDF), and subsumed under which are a number of subcommittees directly responsible for the various facets of carnival. That carnival management entity becomes then the nucleus around which around which all national carnival activity revolves. By extension, this will reduce the need for the various associations which often find themselves competing for the limited carnival enhancement resources available.

The upshot of this will be a more centralised and efficient approach to the organisation and administration of this cultural exposee.
