Calypso song - Dumb Boy is a witness in a rape case?

One of the lyrics that stick out in my mind:
Tell the court dumb boy what you see
*dumb boy makes gestures in response to the question*

My father had a vhs with a compilation of soca/calypso a few years ago, and I remember this song as we were working and watching. Does anyone know this song?

I think that is a Count Lasher tune,not to be confused with"dumb boy and the parrot by another singer available on a Trojan calypso boxset(its very good though).
Info on the Lasher song is found on the "Mento Music"website.
