Bajan fuh life (Barbados Soca 2008)

I do agree that too many artists have music based on the same rhythm and so at the beginning of the song you start singing one song when it is another but I am very pleased overall with the quality of the music this year. It is so good to have Allison Hinds, Square One and Rupee with not just one, but several good songs out this year! I also love all of Edwin's music as well.

In terms of DJs playing Pong and Contone only I do not necessarily agree because I can honestly say that I have heard all of the music on this list on the radio but I do agree that more needs to be done to police the rotation of songs on the radio, especially since we do have DJs who also manage artists or music studios and this can be an obvious source of bias in the selection of the songs that are heard and this fact cannot be overlooked.
