A soca music that has to do with neighbor and love

Around 1992, 1993, I heard a soca/calypso music with words like... love him, love you, neighbour neighbour... I thought it could be by Baron, but all my search haven't produced any results. Can anyone give me suggestions?

Your right, it goes "I am your Neighbour, Love me, Love me (dum dum dum dum, dedede dum dum dum dum)". I think its just called Neigbour by Baron.

I thought for a moment that if I got Baron wrong, theres only oone other I could mistake for him and was right! It is "I Am Your Neighbour" by Suger Aloes. For decades those two have confused me!
